Each year our dental staff screens children in the Greater Albany School District, and identifies those children needing urgent, or even routine dental care. Despite changes to our nation’s healthcare coverage for children, access to dental care has been an issue for families in our community. We are bridging that gap and providing a “dental home” for those children with the help of local volunteers and community support in an effort to improve oral health in our area.
