PROGRAM REGISTRATION
AFTER-SCHOOL AND EARLY BIRDS PROGRAM REGISTRATION
A PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST ATTEND ORIENTATION IN ORDER TO SIGN UP FOR THE ’26-27′ AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM.
ANNUAL ORIENTATION IS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION.
ORIENTATION WILL BE HELD EVERY TUESDAY IN SEPTEMBER AT 6:00PM AT THE BGCA RON LONEY CAMPUS. BEGINNING IN OCTOBER, ORIENTATIONS WILL BE HELD ON THE FIRST AND THIRD TUESDAY OF EACH MONTH AT 6:00PM.
YOU ONLY NEED TO ATTEND ONE ORIENTATION. NO SIGN-UPS REQUIRED.
YOU MUST HAVE A PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT TO ENROLL.
IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A PARENT PORTAL ACCOUNT, ONE WILL BE CREATED FOR YOU AFTER ORIENTATION IS ATTENDED.

EARLY BIRDS AND AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM REGISTRATION:
All registration days open at 9am on Parent Portal
- Aug 11th: Meadow Ridge & Waverly
- Aug 12th: Elementary Ron Loney Campus
- Aug 13th: Teen Ron Loney Campus
Please Note:
- South Shore students may attend Early Birds at Meadow Ridge but will attend after-school program at Ron Loney Campus and will register for after-school program August 12th
- Timber Ridge students 3rd-5th grades will attend after-school program at the Meadow Ridge Site and will register August 11th
- Timber Ridge students 6th-8th grades will attend after-school program at the Ron Loney Campus and will register August 13th
EARLY BIRDS PROGRAM DETAILS
Offered for Meadow Ridge, Timber Ridge, and South Shore
- Location: Meadow Ridge Elementary School
- Hours: 6:45am-8:45am
- Cost: $100/monthly (+$25 yearly after school program membership fee). We do not have the ability to accept ERDC payments.
- Members who attend South Shore will have transportation from Meadow Ridge to South Shore in the mornings.
AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAM DETAILS
- LOCATION:
- Meadow Ridge Site: Meadow Ridge and Timber Ridge students
- Waverly Site: Waverly students
- Ron Loney Campus: all other students
- COST:
- All sites cost $25/year. High school memberships are free.
HOW TO ENROLL

Certain sites are operating at a limited capacity due to space. We will continue to have parents enroll and sign up their child(ren) for their annual membership if spots are available.
- Contact our Membership Services Coordinator, via email, who will send a Parent Portal registration link. That email is info@bgc-albany.org. ***If you already have a Parent Portal account you will continue to use the same login information in order to register.

Below is a step-by-step explanation on how to enroll once receiving your account information (you will need to complete steps 3-7 to enroll each child planning to attend the Club):
- You will receive two emails, one that provides a verification link that you will need to click and a second email that will assign you a temporary password for your account
- Sign in to your account using credentials from your emails
- You will be required to create/update all member information (i.e. grade, school, emergency contacts, household information, etc.)
- Click the Enroll tab on the top of page (second tab from the left)
- Select child’s name
- Select location your child will be attending
- Select 2026-2027 age appropriate age group
- Additional enrollment steps may apply for other programs (i.e. summer)
- If you plan on having your child ride the bus after school to the Club, Parents/Guardians will need to show their school their authorized bus slip that will be listed on their current membership document. This document will come via email once completing the registration process. The schools will not be sending children on the bus unless they receive/are shown their current membership status document from a parent/guardian.
